WARNING TO EXPIRE. HOWEVER, GUSTY NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS  
WILL CONTINUE TO BRING ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS  
THE SANTA BARBARA COUNTY SOUTH COAST AND MOUNTAINS THROUGH MONDAY  
EVENING. WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 40 AND 55 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED DURING  
THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS TODAY AND MONDAY, WITH THE
