.SANTA ANA WINDS REMAIN RATHER STOUT THIS AFTERNOON, BUT WILL  
BACK OFF THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS BEFORE PICKING UP AGAIN  
OVERNIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. NORTHEAST WIND GUSTS OF 45-55 MPH  
IN THE MOUNTAINS AND 35-45 MPH IN THE VALLEYS WILL OCCUR ACROSS  
FAVORED AREAS OF VENTURA AND LOS ANGELES COUNTIES, THEN DECREASE  
TUESDAY AFTERNOON. HUMIDITIES WILL NOT RECOVER MUCH OVERNIGHT WITH  
MANY AREAS REMAINING BETWEEN 10-20 PERCENT, THEN DROPPING BACK  
INTO SINGLE DIGITS ON TUESDAY. IN ADDITION, MARGINAL RED FLAG  
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED IN THE NORTH COUNTRY OF SANTA BARBARA
