SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND PERSIST  
THROUGH FRIDAY AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE WEST AND A  
STRONG UPPER LEVEL JET ENTERS WESTERN COLORADO TONIGHT. CLEAR SKIES WILL  
ALLOW STRONG WINDS ALOFT TO MIX TO DOWN TO THE SURFACE. IN ADDITION,  
CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN MOSTLY DRY THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THURSDAY.  
MOISTURE WILL INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH AS THE SYSTEM APPROACHES THURSDAY  
BUT SHOWERS WILL STAY CONFINED TO HIGHER TERRAIN ALONG THE DIVIDE UNTIL  
LATE THURSDAY EVENING.
