MONDAY AS ANOTHER PACIFIC STORM MOVES ACROSS WASHINGTON AND OREGON  
AND SETS UP OVER IDAHO BY TUESDAY. THIS WILL BRING INCREASINGLY  
GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WITH DRY CONDITIONS PERSISTING. CRITICAL  
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL MATERIALIZE TUESDAY AND MAY PERSIST
