A WEAK FRONT WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY ACROSS THE REGION  
TODAY. THIS COULD SPARK SOME SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS  
AFTERNOON, WITH THE BEST CHANCES ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT.  
HIGHS WILL BE A FEW DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL IN MOST LOCATIONS, RISING  
INTO THE MID TO UPPER 80S.  
 
ANY PRECIPITATION WILL COME TO AN END TONIGHT AS THE FRONT PUSHES  
EAST OF THE AREA, RESULTING IN A GENERALLY DRY DAY ON TUESDAY. A  
FEW SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP DURING THE AFTERNOON,  
PRIMARILY ACROSS SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT AND THE LOWER HUDSON VALLEY.  
TEMPERATURES ON TUESDAY WILL BE A COUPLE DEGREES COOLER, GENERALLY  
IN THE MID 80S.
