THIS OUTLOOK APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:  
 
IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA:  
ALLENDALE, BEAUFORT, BERKELEY, CHARLESTON, COLLETON, DORCHESTER,  
HAMPTON AND JASPER.  
 
IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA:  
BRYAN, BULLOCH, CANDLER, CHATHAM, EFFINGHAM, EVANS, JENKINS,  
LIBERTY, LONG, MCINTOSH, SCREVEN AND TATTNALL.  
 
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING RIVERS:  
EDISTO, LOWER SANTEE, OGEECHEE, OHOOPEE, SAVANNAH AND CANOOCHEE.  
 
SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA REMAINS DEVOID OF  
DROUGHT CONDITIONS. AREA STREAM FLOWS RANGE FROM NORMAL TO MUCH  
ABOVE NORMAL. OVER THE NEXT WEEK, THE ONLY CHANCE FOR RAIN IS  
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY WHICH COULD BRING AROUND A QUARTER OF  
AN INCH OR LESS OF RAINFALL ON AVERAGE. THE LATEST 1-MONTH AND  
3-MONTH PRECIPITATION OUTLOOK FROM THE CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER  
BOTH INDICATE HIGHER CHANCES FOR ABOVE NORMAL RAINFALL. BASED ON  
THESE FACTORS, THERE IS AN ABOVE NORMAL CHANCE FOR RIVER FLOODING  
DURING THE NEXT THREE MONTHS.  
 
THE NEXT WINTER/SPRING FLOOD POTENTIAL OUTLOOK WILL BE ISSUED ON
