AND CENTRAL SAVANNAH RIVER AREA...  
 
THE COMBINATION OF CLEAR SKIES, LIGHT WINDS AND WET GROUND FROM  
RECENT RAINFALL HAS RESULTED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOG ACROSS  
PARTS OF THE SOUTHEASTERN MIDLANDS AND CSRA. VISIBILITIES MAY BE  
REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES LOCALLY, IMPACTING  
TRAVEL ON AREA ROADWAYS.  
 
DRIER AIR TO THE NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE REGION  
LATER TONIGHT AND EXPECT VISIBILITIES TO IMPROVE WHEN THAT DRIER  
AIR ARRIVES.
