WEDNESDAY MORNING. SKIES WERE CLEAR OVERNIGHT WITH A SOUTHERLY  
WIND OF 5 TO 10 MPH. LOW TEMPERATURES ON WEDNESDAY MORNING RANGED  
FROM 35 DEGREES AT VINTON AND INDEPENDENCE TO 41 DEGREES AT KEOKUK  
AND MOLINE.  
 
HIGH PRESSURE WILL SHIFT INTO EASTERN IOWA DURING THE DAY ON  
WEDNESDAY. SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY WITH A SOUTHERLY WIND OF 15  
TO 25 MPH. HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL RANGE FROM THE  
UPPER 40S IN FAR NORTHWEST ILLINOIS TO THE MID 50S IN FAR  
SOUTHEAST IOWA AND FAR NORTHEAST MISSOURI.
