DAY ON SUNDAY. SKIES WERE MOSTLY SUNNY THROUGH THE DAY ON SUNDAY  
WITH A SOUTHERLY BREEZE OF 10 TO 20 MPH. AFTER A VERY COLD START  
TO THE DAY, AFTERNOON HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 50 DEGREES AT  
FREEPORT TO 57 DEGREES AT MOUNT PLEASANT.  
 
SKIES WILL BECOME PARTLY CLOUDY ACROSS EASTERN IOWA, NORTHWEST  
ILLINOIS AND FAR NORTHEAST MISSOURI SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY  
MORNING AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THAT IS FORECAST TO STRETCH FROM  
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN SOUTHWESTWARD TO WATERLOO AND DES MOINES BY  
SUNRISE ON MONDAY. LOW TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY MORNING WILL BE  
NOTICEABLY WARMER AND RANGE FROM THE LOWER 30S ALONG THE HIGHWAY  
20 CORRIDOR TO THE LOWER 40S ACROSS FAR SOUTHEASTERN IOWA,  
NORTHEAST MISSOURI, AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.
