VALLEY FOG WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING IN LOWER VALLEYS  
POTENTIALLY LIMITING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES.  
HIGHWAYS THREE NINETY 5 AND HIGHWAY TWO AROUND SPOKANE, NORTHWARD  
TO DEER PARK AND COLVILLE WILL POTENTIALLY BE IMPACTED WITH  
MORNING FOG. FOG WILL ALSO BE PRESENT AROUND THE COEUR D'ALENE  
AREA. WITH TEMPERATURES HOVERING NEAR FREEZING, SOME ICING OF  
ROADS IS POSSIBLE AS WELL. CONDITIONS FOR FOG WILL CONTINUE AT  
LEAST UNTIL 8 AM.
