THE WINTER STORM THAT BEGAN SUNDAY WILL MOVE OUT OF THE STATE TODAY. MODERATE  
TO HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED. WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN ISSUED. A SECOND  
LONGER-LASTING SYSTEM WILL MOVE IN WEDNESDAY AND BRING MOUNTAIN SNOW AND VALLEY  
RAIN/SNOW POTENTIALLY ALL THE WAY THROUGH FRIDAY (WITH BRIEF BREAKS). SATURDAY  
WILL BE MOSTLY DRY, BUT A NEW STORM MAY MOVE INTO THE NORTH LATE SATURDAY AND  
SPREAD SOUTH AND EAST SUNDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL BE 5-15 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL  
THROUGH SUNDAY.
