AT 342 PM PDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE RAIN IN THIS AREA.  
THIS MAY LEAD TO PONDING OF WATER AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING. RADAR  
ESTIMATES INDICATE 1 TO 2 INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN.  
 
SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING SPAN WEST OF VALLEY TO  
SPRINGDALE, INCLUDING PARTS OF DEER CREEK IN SOUTHERN STEVENS COUNTY.
