* AT 615 PM CDT, LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLOODING ON NUMEROUS  
ROADS ACROSS THE WARNED COUNTIES. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL TOTALS  
OF AT LEAST 3 INCHES TO AS MUCH AS 10 INCHES SINCE LAST NIGHT  
ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. NUMEROUS RAIN GAUGE READINGS OF 4 TO 6  
INCHES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED SINCE LAST NIGHT. WHILE THE THREAT FOR  
HEAVY RAINFALL HAS SUBSIDED, IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME FOR FLOOD  
WATERS TO RECEDE, AND STAGES ON MANY AREA RIVERS, CREEKS, AND  
STREAMS, ARE CONTINUING TO RISE.  
 
* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  
VINCENNES, EFFINGHAM, OLNEY, ROBINSON, FLORA, LAWRENCEVILLE,  
NEWTON, SUMNER, ALTAMONT, OBLONG, PALESTINE, LOUISVILLE, CLAY CITY,  
WATSON, ST. FRANCISVILLE, NOBLE, DIETERICH, HUTSONVILLE, EDGEWOOD  
AND XENIA.
