..ICY ROADS AND SIDEWALKS POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING
 
 
AS OF 155 AM SATURDAY...FOGGY CONDITIONS WERE DEVELOPING ACROSS  
MOST OF NORTHERN CONNECTICUT INTO WESTERN AND CENTRAL  
MASSACHUSETTS. FOGGY CONDITIONS IN THESE AREAS WERE ALSO  
ACCOMPANIED BY TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S. UNTREATED  
ROADS AND SIDEWALKS MAY BECOME SLIPPERY AS A RESULT OF THESE  
CONDITIONS THROUGH DAYBREAK. DRIER AIR AND INCREASING NORTHWEST  
WINDS AFTER SUNRISE SHOULD BRING AN END TO FOG AND ICY CONDITIONS.  
 
DRIVE WITH CAUTION IF TRAVELING THIS MORNING. ASSUME PAVEMENT THAT  
IS WET IS POTENTIALLY SLIPPERY. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IN FOGGY
