RIVER VALLEY FOG HAS FORMED THIS MORNING ACROSS MUCH OF THE  
REGION NEAR AND WEST OF THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS. THE FOG MAY BE  
LOCALLY DENSE WITH VISIBILITY LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.  
EXPECT VISIBILITY TO BEGIN IMPROVING BETWEEN 8 AND 9 AM.  
 
IF TRAVELING, BE ALERT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY,  
ESPECIALLY WHEN APPROACHING RIVERS, STREAMS, OR OTHER BODIES OF  
WATER. SLOW DOWN AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WHEN ENCOUNTERING
