..FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 5 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING
 
 
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF DELAWARE, NORTHEAST  
MARYLAND, AND NEW JERSEY WILL EXPIRE AT 5 AM EDT EARLY THIS  
MORNING.  
 
THE HEAVY RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH A COLD FRONT AND NOW POST-  
TROPICAL STORM MICHAEL, IS TAPERING OFF AND MOVING OFFSHORE.  
THE THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING HAS ENDED, THEREFORE THE WATCH WILL  
BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. SOME AREAS SAW 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN FROM  
THESE SYSTEMS AND SOME ROADWAYS MAY STILL BE IMPACTED. PLEASE  
REMAIN CAUTIOUS AND ALERT IF DRIVING THIS MORNING AND FOLLOW ANY
