AREAS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE ALLEGHENY  
FRONT LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING. SNOW IS  
ACCUMULATING IN SOME SPOTS OF UP TO 1 INCH WITH AN ADDITIONAL  
TRACE TO 1 INCH EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS.  
 
SOME LOCATIONS IN THE VALLEYS AND AT ELEVATIONS WHERE THE  
TEMPERATURES ARE 32 DEGREES OR COLDER HAVE AN INFLUENCE OF  
SLIGHTLY WARMER AIR ALOFT. THIS IS CAUSING ROADWAYS TO BECOME ICY  
AS FREEZING RAIN IS THE MAIN THREAT.  
 
VISIBILITY MAY BE BRIEFLY REDUCED TO LESS THAN 1 MILE. ROADS MAY  
BRIEFLY BECOME SNOW COVERED OR ICY. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION  
FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
