SEVERE, WITH JUST LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. STORM MOTION WILL BE  
NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS LATE TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT,  
MAINLY OVER LAKE ERIE AND LAKE ST. CLAIR. THESE STORMS ARE NOT
