LAKES BY SUNDAY EVENING. ON MONDAY, THE HIGH WILL BUILD TO 30.7  
INCHES OVER THE NORTHEAST U.S. WHILE A WEAK 30.0 INCH LOW PRESSURE  
APPROACHES LAKE MICHIGAN. THIS FEATURE SLIDES INTO THE LOWER
