HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY MEANDER EAST THROUGH THE WEEKEND,  
TRACKING OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO ON SATURDAY AND TO THE LOWER GREAT  
LAKES BY SUNDAY EVENING. ON MONDAY, THE HIGH WILL BUILD TO 30.7  
INCHES OVER THE NORTHEAST U.S. WHILE A WEAK 30.0 INCH LOW PRESSURE  
APPROACHES LAKE MICHIGAN. THIS FEATURE SLIDES INTO THE LOWER  
GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY MORNING, FOLLOWED BY RIDGING BUILDING TO
