MINNESOTA. THROUGHOUT TODAY, THE HIGH WEAKENS TO 30.5 INCHES AS IT  
APPROACHES THE EAST COAST WHILE THE LOW WEAKENS TO 29.9 INCHES AS  
IT PASSES DIRECTLY OVER LAKE SUPERIOR. THE LOW THEN TRANSITIONS  
TO A 30.0 INCH TROUGH BY THE TIME IT REACHES THE LOWER GREAT LAKES  
BY LATE THURSDAY. IN ITS WAKE, A 30.6 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE  
MOVING OUT OVER THE PLAINS ON THURSDAY WILL WEAKEN TO 30.4 INCHES  
AS IT MOVES TO THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY DURING THURSDAY NIGHT  
AND THEN TO THE SOUTHEAST U.S. ON SATURDAY. MEANWHILE, A 29.2 INCH
