MIDWEEK. MEANWHILE, LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES ORGANIZING OVER  
SOUTHERN MANITOBA THIS MORNING WILL TRACK EAST, DEEPENING TO 29.5  
INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO TONIGHT AND THEN TO 29.3 INCHES OVER  
QUEBEC ON TUESDAY. AN ASSOCIATED 29.7 INCH TROUGH WILL DROP INTO  
THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. WEAK HIGH  
PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO  
BEGINNING ON TUESDAY AND BUILD TO 30.0 AS IT SHIFTS EAST INTO  
QUEBEC LATE WEDNESDAY. A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL THEN TRACK  
EAST INTO NORTHERN ONTARIO ON THURSDAY. THIS LOW WILL LINGER IN
