SYNOPSIS
 
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER FAR NORTHERN ONTARIO  
WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES AS IT DIVES SOUTHEAST, REACHING THE  
LOWER GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. IN ITS WAKE, HIGH PRESSURE  
OF 30.4 INCHES BUILDING INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT WILL  
DRIFT EAST, CROSSING THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON WEDNESDAY. THIS HIGH  
WILL THEN WEAKEN TO 30.2 INCHES AS IT MOVES TO THE LOWER GREAT  
LAKES BY FRIDAY MORNING AND TO NEW ENGLAND BY SATURDAY MORNING.  
MEANWHILE, A 29.8 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH MOVING ACROSS THE  
DAKOTAS ON THURSDAY WILL DRIFT EAST TO MINNESOTA FRIDAY INTO
