OF PRODUCING WINDS TO UP 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 13  
NM SOUTHWEST OF LAKEPORT, MOVING EAST AT 40 KNOTS.  
 
THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR,  
LAKEPORT AROUND 135 AM EDT.  
PORT HURON AROUND 140 AM EDT.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS, LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES,  
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY
