DOPPLER RADAR AND SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES CLOUDS AND SHOWERS  
ARE INCREASING IN COVERAGE OVER SOUTHERN LAKE HURON. ANY SHOWERS  
THAT DEVELOP THROUGHOUT THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON WILL BE  
MOVING NORTH TO SOUTH AROUND 15 KNOTS. THE COOL NORTHERLY WINDS OVER  
THE WARM LAKE WATER IS RESULTING IN A FAVORABLE SCENARIO FOR  
WATERSPOUTS. CHANCES FOR WATERSPOUTS CAN EXPECTED TO LAST THROUGH  
THE AFTERNOON.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
THE NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS OF SOUTHERN LAKE HURON FROM PORT  
AUSTIN TO PORT HURON, INCLUDING LOCATIONS OFFSHORE FROM PORT HOPE,  
WHITE ROCK, RICHMONDVILLE, HARBOR BEACH, PORT AUSTIN AND PORT  
SANILAC.
