THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED WITH ONLY LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS  
EXPECTED THROUGH SUNRISE.  
 
MIDLAND, BAY, AND SAGINAW COUNTY SHERIFF EARLIER REPORTED FLOODING  
ACROSS NUMEROUS ROADWAYS IN THE AREA. IMPROVEMENT IS EXPECTED TO  
CONTINUE DURING THE PREDAWN HOURS WITH THE END OF HEAVY RAINFALL,  
ALTHOUGH MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO BE AWARE OF ANY LINGERING WATER  
STANDING IN ROADWAYS DURING THE MORNING PEAK TRAVEL PERIOD.
