..A STATEMENT CONCERNING THE TREMPEALEAU RIVER AT DODGE
 
 
RECENT ICE FORMATION HAS CAUSED HIGHER WATER LEVELS ALONG THE  
TREMPEALEAU RIVER NEAR DODGE. HOWEVER, WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO  
REMAIN BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT THIS TIME.  
 
TREMPEALEAU RIVER AT DODGE...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 8.07 FEET.  
FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO REMAIN NEARLY  
STEADY OR SLOWLY FALL THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. HOWEVER ICE ACTION  
MAY CAUSE WATER LEVELS TO FLUCTUATE AS MUCH AS 1 TO 2 FEET.
