AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES IN. TEMPERATURES WILL HAVE TROUBLE  
GETTING ABOVE FREEZING TODAY WHERE SNOW IS ON THE GROUND, MEANING  
THAT SNOWPACK WILL STICK AROUND FOR ANOTHER DAY OR TWO AT LEAST. FOG  
MAY ALSO DEVELOP OVER EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA  
THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.  
 
HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL BE IN THE UPPER 20S TO UPPER 30S. LOW  
TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL BE IN THE TEENS TO LOW 20S.
