* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
* FLOOD STAGE IS 13.0 FEET.  
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 14 FEET BY  
MONDAY NIGHT, WITH CONTINUED RISES TO AROUND 15.9 FEET BY THURSDAY.  
* AT 16.5 FEET...THE WATER OVERTOPS THE BRIDGE 3 MILES NORTH AND 1
