* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
* FLOOD STAGE IS 7.0 FEET.  
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL.  
* AT 10.0 FEET...MODERATE FLOODING BEGINS AS THE HIGHER NORTH BANK OF  
TURTLE CREEK OVERFLOWS AND SOME HOMES IN NORTHWESTERN REDFIELD ARE
