DRY, BREEZY AND UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED THIS  
AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BE SOUTHERLY AND MAY GUST UP TO 35 MPH AT  
TIMES THIS AFTERNOON. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL GENERALLY BE  
IN THE 25 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE AS WELL.  
 
CAUTION IS ADVISED FOR THOSE WORKING IN FARM FIELDS AS  
AGRICULTURAL LAND WILL BE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FIRE DEVELOPMENT AND
