AT 1127 AM CST, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS, CAPABLE  
OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE  
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 16 NM NORTHWEST OF PASCAGOULA TO  
8 NM EAST OF BRETON SOUND TO 42 NM SOUTH OF LOUISIANA OFFSHORE OIL  
PORT, MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST FOR THE ADJACENT  
COASTAL WATERS. A TORNADO WATCH ALSO REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM  
CST FOR SOUTHERN AND SOUTHEASTERN MISSISSIPPI...AND THE ADJACENT  
COASTAL WATERS.  
 
MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS, LOCALLY HIGHER  
WAVES, AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR  
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.  
 
MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS, LOCALLY HIGHER  
WAVES, LIGHTNING STRIKES, AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
