ANOTHER FAST MOVING DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE OVER NORTH CENTRAL  
MONTANA ON FRIDAY, BRINGING ANOTHER PERIOD OF BREEZY CONDITIONS TO  
THE INCIDENT AREA. WINDS WILL NOT BE AS STRONG AS EARLIER IN THE  
WEEK; HOWEVER, WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH HAVE A 60% CHANCE OF  
OCCURRING, WITH A 25% CHANCE FOR GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH.  
TEMPERATURES WILL REBOUND BACK WELL ABOVE NORMAL ON FRIDAY THANKS  
TO THESE WINDS, WITH DECREASING CLOUDS COVER INTO THE EARLY
