AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT. OVERNIGHT LOWS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE  
FROM AROUND ZERO IN THE NORTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY TO THE 20S IN  
THE WESTERN DAKOTAS AND EASTERN MONTANA.  
 
A RETURN TO MILDER WEATHER IS ON TRACK FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY,  
WITH HIGHS MAINLY IN THE 40S AND 50S. PRECIPITATION CHANCES AND  
COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL THEN RETURN OVER THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY  
NEXT WEEK. THE HIGHEST PROBABILITIES FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW OVER  
THIS TIME PERIOD ARE ACROSS NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHERN
