A WINTER STORM WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO  
THURSDAY MORNING. THE WATCH AREA INCLUDES MUCH OF NORTHERN AND  
EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA, AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA, FOR A POSSIBLE  
GROUND BLIZZARD.  
 
AN ARCTIC BLAST IS EXPECTED TO BRING POTENTIALLY STRONG WINDS AND  
BLOWING SNOW, IMPACTING THE REGION WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO  
THURSDAY. THOSE WITH TRAVEL PLANS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY  
WILL WANT TO MONITOR WEATHER FORECASTS CLOSELY.  
 
IN THE MEANTIME, TODAY, SNOW WILL END ACROSS TEH EASTERN DAKOTAS  
AND MINNESOTA AND A PERIOD OF RELATIVE QUIET WEATHER IS EXPECTED  
THIS AFTERNOON. LOOK FOR HIGHS AROUND 10 TO THE UPPER 20S.
