FLURRIES IN CLOUDY AREAS. VERY COLD TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST  
TONIGHT, WITH AIR TEMPERATURES FROM 20 BELOW ZERO NORTH TO THE  
SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO SOUTH. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS TO 35  
DEGREES BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED NEAR THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER  
TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.  
 
A COOLING TREND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND, WITH HIGHS  
ACROSS NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION LIKELY IN THE SINGLE  
DIGITS BELOW ZERO, WHILE THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE REGION WILL BE  
IN THE TEENS. WIDESPREAD CHANCES FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW RETURN TO
