WARMER THAN NORMAL TEMPERATURES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 35.0  
DEGREES WHICH IS 8.9 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL AND RANKS AS THE EIGHTH  
WARMEST FOR AVERAGE TEMPERATURE. THREE TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE SET  
FOR THE MONTH. ON MARCH 8, A RECORD HIGH OF 58 WAS SET BREAKING THE  
OLD RECORD OF 48 DEGREES SET IN 1905. MARCH 9 SAW A RECORD HIGH OF  
62 BREAKING THE OLD RECORD OF 58 SET IN 2015. ON MARCH 29, A RECORD  
74 DEGREES WAS RECORDED BREAKING THE OLD RECORD OF 73 SET IN 1986.  
 
PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS WELL BELOW NORMAL. TOTAL  
PRECIPITATION WAS 0.21 INCHES WHICH WAS 0.81 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.  
 
SNOWFALL DURING MARCH WAS ALSO WELL BELOW NORMAL. TOTAL SNOWFALL  
WAS 0.1 INCHES WHICH WAS 3.8 INCHES BELOW NORMAL AND TIES FOR THE  
FOURTH LOWEST SNOWFALL TOTALWHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY SET IN 2017.
