DRY, SUNNY, AND BREEZY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TODAY. WINDS WILL  
BEGIN TO INCREASE LATE THIS MORNING REACHING TO 10-20 MPH OUT OF  
THE NORTHWEST, GUSTING TO NEAR 30 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS BEGIN  
TO SUBSIDE LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO EVENING. SEASONALLY WARM  
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO WITH MAX TEMPERATURES IN THE 75-80  
RANGE. TONIGHT WILL BE DRY AND CLEAR WITH LOWS IN THE UPPER 40S TO  
LOWER 50S. THUNDERSTORM CHANCES INCREASE BEGINNING LATE SATURDAY
