* FLOOD STAGE IS 106.0 FEET.  
* MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MAJOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
THIS APPROACHES THE FLOOD OF RECORD.  
* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO RISE TO A CREST OF 110.0 FEET  
THIS EVENING.  
* IMPACT...AT 110.0 FEET, MAJOR FLOOD STAGE...110 FEET...FLOODING  
BETWEEN HWY 1 AND RAILROAD GRADE DUE TO BACKWATER. INSPECTIONS OF
