SOUTHERN JAMES RIVER VALLEY...  
 
PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED THIS EVENING OVER PORTIONS OF  
SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA, INTO THE SOUTHERN JAMES RIVER VALLEY.  
VISIBILITIES UNDER A HALF MILE AT TIMES CAN BE EXPECTED. THIS  
INCLUDED HIGHWAY 83 FROM STERLING TO THE SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER,  
HIGHWAY 1804 FROM BISMARCK TO THE SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER, HIGHWAY 13  
FROM LINTON TO WISHEK AND HIGHWAY 11 FROM HAGUE TO ASHLEY AND  
ELLENDALE. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION, ESPECIALLY AT  
UNCONTROLLED INTERSECTIONS AND RAILROAD CROSSINGS AS OTHER  
VEHICLES WILL BE DIFFICULT TO SEE. ROADS MAY BECOME SLICK. DO NOT  
USE CRUISE CONTROL ON SLICK ROADS.
