THIS MORNING, LOWS WERE GENERALLY IN THE TEENS TO 20S WITH AREAS  
OF FOG AS SOUTHERLY WINDS REMAINED ELEVATED OVERNIGHT AROUND TEN  
MPH. FOG COMBINED WITH THE SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES LED TO SOME  
ISOLATED SLICK SPOTS ACROSS THE AREA.  
 
FOR TODAY, A CLOUDY BUT DREARY DAY IS EXPECTED WITH HIGHS FAILING  
TO WARM MUCH FOR AREAS EAST OF HIGHWAY 61. THERE, TEMPERATURES  
WILL ONLY TOP OUT IN THE 20S WHILE AREAS TO THE WEST WILL SEE THE  
MID TO UPPER 30S. PRECIPITATION IN THE FORM OF A WINTRY MIX WILL  
MOVE IN LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND MAKE FOR A POOR TRAVEL  
DAY ON TUESDAY.
