LIGHT SNOW CONTINUED TO FALL ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND  
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA LAST NIGHT WITH ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS  
OF UP TO ONE INCH. LOW TEMPERATURES 5 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO  
ACROSS THE REGION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PORTIONS OF THE  
NORTHEASTERN PANHANDLE WHICH WERE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS. WIND CHILL  
VALUES DROPPED WELL BELOW ZERO WITH THE LOWEST BEING ACROSS  
CENTRAL NEBRASKA. AREAS OF PATCHY FOG WAS SEEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF  
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA THIS MORNING.  
 
DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TODAY UNDER MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES. HIGH  
TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 30S ACROSS THE AREA. WINDS WILL BE  
MILD OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST AT 5-10 MPH.
