STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON WITH  
GUSTS AS HIGH AS 30 MPH OUT OF THE NORTH-NORTHWEST. WINDS WILL  
BEGIN TO DECREASE BY THIS EVENING, FALLING TO LESS THAN 20 MPH BY  
6PM MDT AND LESS THAN 10 MPH AFTER 9PM MDT. OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY  
RECOVERY WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO INCOMING DRY AIR AND LACK OF WINDS  
GOING COMPLETELY CALM. MORNING LOWS WILL FALL INTO THE MID 30S TO  
START TUESDAY WITH BREEZY CONDITIONS RESUMING WITH GUSTS AS HIGH  
AS 25 TO 30 MPH OUT OF THE WEST-NORTHWEST AND DAYTIME HIGHS
