SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA...  
 
* UNTIL 400 PM EDT.  
 
* AT 320 PM EDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER KEMBLESVILLE,  
OR 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF NEWARK, MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.  
 
HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.

IMPACT...DAMAGE TO ROOFS, SIDING, TREES, AND POWER LINES IS  
POSSIBLE.
