.AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM PASSING EASTWARD OVER  
COLORADO WILL PRODUCE A FEW INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION IN NEW  
MEXICO'S NORTHERN MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY MORNING.  
THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FAVOR THE TUSAS MOUNTAINS ABOVE CHAMA  
WHERE UP TO 7 INCHES IS EXPECTED. IN ADDITION, SOUTHWEST AND WEST  
WINDS WILL GUST UP TO 50 MPH ON THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING,  
CREATING SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. SNOW PACKED AND  
ICY ROADS, AS WELL AS POOR VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW,  
WILL MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS.
