A LOW-PRESSURE MOVING OFF THE EAST COAST OF THE UNITED STATES WILL  
TRACK NORTHWARD TOWARD EASTERN NOVA SCOTIA TONIGHT AND SATURDAY.  
THIS SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO BRING HEAVY SNOW AND STRONG AND GUSTY  
NORTHEAST WINDS TO THE HALIFAX AREA TONIGHT.
