1. WARNING STATEMENT.  
 
STRONG WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT.  
FREEZING SPRAY WARNING IN EFFECT.  
 
A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE OFF THE NOVA SCOTIA THIS EVENING.  
GENERALLY LIGHT WINDS WITH THE TROUGH WILL BECOME MODERATE NORTHERLY  
OVERNIGHT BEHIND THE TROUGH. ON WEDNESDAY, A DEVELOPING AREA OF LOW  
PRESSURE WILL TRACK WELL SOUTH OF NOVA SCOTIA BUT WILL INCREASE THE  
NORTHWEST WINDS OVER THE REGION.  
 
COLD TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN IN PLACE OVER THE AREA FOR THE NEXT  
FEW DAYS AND WITH THE INCREASING WINDS, LOW WIND CHILL VALUES AND  
MODERATE FREEZING SPRAY ARE FORECAST.

WINDS - HARBOUR/BEDFORD BASIN (KTS): LIGHT INCREASING TO NORTHWEST  
10 TO 15 BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND BECOMING NORTH 10 TO 15 OVERNIGHT.  
WINDS - APPROACHES (KTS): SOUTHWEST 10 BECOMING LIGHT EARLY THIS  
EVENING THEN NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND INCREASING TO  
NORTH 15 GUSTING TO 20 OVERNIGHT.  
SKY/WEATHER: FLURRIES ENDING THIS EVENING THEN MAINLY CLOUDY WITH A  
CHANCE OF FLURRIES. OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW IN THE APPROACHES
