TROPICAL STORM BILL FORMED OFF THE COAST OF NORTH CAROLINA MONDAY
MORNING. THE CANADIAN HURRICANE CENTRE CONTINUES TO MONITOR THIS

STRENGTHENING DURING THE NEXT TWENTY FOUR HOURS AS IT TRAVELS OVER
WARM WATERS BEFORE REACHING THE SCOTIAN SLOPE. THE SYSTEM IS THEN
EXPECTED TO WEAKEN OVER OFFSHORE CANADIAN WATERS BEFORE BECOMING
ABSORBED BY A LARGER NON-TROPICAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM ORIGINATING
