AT 6:11 P.M. NDT, ENVIRONMENT CANADA METEOROLOGISTS ARE TRACKING A  
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN.  
 
MAXIMUM RAINFALL RATES: 25 TO 35 MM PER HOUR.  
 
LOCATIONS EXPECTED TO BE IMPACTED: GRAND-FALLS WINDSOR.  
 
TIME SPAN: UNTIL 7:00 P.M. NDT.  
 
REMARKS: A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR GRAND-FALLS WINDSOR IS MOVING  
EASTWARD AT 25 KM/H. TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS ARE EXPECTED TO ACCOMPANY  
THIS STORM.  
 
HEAVY DOWNPOURS CAN CAUSE FLASH FLOODS AND WATER POOLING ON ROADS.  
IF VISIBILITY IS REDUCED WHILE DRIVING, TURN ON YOUR LIGHTS AND  
MAINTAIN A SAFE FOLLOWING DISTANCE. LIGHTNING KILLS AND INJURES
