AT 7:51 P.M. ADT, ENVIRONMENT CANADA METEOROLOGISTS ARE TRACKING A  
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN.  
 
POTENTIAL RAINFALL RATES: 25 TO 35 MM PER HOUR.  
 
LOCATIONS: SOUTHERN ANNAPOLIS COUNTY.  
 
TIME SPAN: CONTINUING UNTIL LATER THIS EVENING.  
 
REMARKS: A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED FROM SOUTH OF BEAR  
RIVER TO SOUTH OF GREENWOOD. THIS LINE OF STORMS IS NEARLY  
STATIONARY OVER THE REGION, POTENTIALLY LEADING TO HIGHER RAINFALL  
RATES.  
 
HEAVY DOWNPOURS CAN CAUSE FLASH FLOODS AND WATER POOLING ON ROADS.  
LIGHTNING KILLS AND INJURES CANADIANS EVERY YEAR. REMEMBER, WHEN  
THUNDER ROARS, GO INDOORS(EXCLAMATION MARK)  
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN IMMINENT OR OCCURRING  
THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TO PRODUCE OR ARE PRODUCING ONE OR MORE OF  
THE FOLLOWING: LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS, TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.
