HURRICANE ERNESTO IS TRACKING SOUTH OF CAPE RACE AND WILL CONTINUE
TO ACCELERATE EAST-NORTHEASTWARD OVERNIGHT AND WILL EXIT CANADIAN
MARINE WATERS LATER THIS MORNING.
