==DISCUSSION==

MESSY WEATHER EXPECTED TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING.

LOCATIONS: PARTS OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL NOVA SCOTIA.

REMARKS: A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL RAPIDLY APPROACH NOVA SCOTIA
TONIGHT, BRINGING THE RISK FOR HEAVY SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN ACROSS
WESTERN AND CENTRAL PARTS OF THE PROVINCE. AT THIS TIME
PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO MAINLY FALL AS RAIN WITH A TRANSITION
TO SNOW, OR POSSIBLY FREEZING RAIN, BY MORNING FOR MOST AREAS.
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS CAN BE EXPECTED OVER AREAS OF HIGHER TERRAIN.
HOWEVER, THERE REMAINS AN UNUSUALLY HIGH DEGREE OF UNCERTAINTY IN
THE EXACT TRACK OF THIS SYSTEM, A SLIGHT SHIFT TO THE SOUTH MAY
PROMPT SNOWFALL OR FREEZING RAIN WARNINGS.
