COLDEST WIND CHILLS: -50 TO -45.  
 
LOCATIONS: LABRADOR CITY - WABUSH, CHURCHILL FALLS AND VICINITY.  
 
TIME SPAN: OVERNIGHT TONIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING.  
 
REMARKS: SIMILAR OR EVEN COLDER TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILLS ARE  
LIKELY AGAIN DURING THE OVERNIGHT AND MORNING HOURS ON WEDNESDAY  
WITH ONLY A VERY SLIGHT REPRIEVE DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING
