MAXIMUM WIND GUSTS: NORTHWESTERLY 80 KM/H.  
 
LOCATIONS: POSTVILLE - MAKKOVIK.  
 
TIME SPAN: TONIGHT.  
 
REMARKS: CONDITIONS WILL DETERIORATE AS STRENGTHENING WINDS COMBINE  
WITH FRESH SNOWFALL TO CAUSE WIDESPREAD BLOWING SNOW.  
 
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.
