COLDEST WIND CHILLS: -35 TO -40.  
 
LOCATIONS: NORTHWESTERN NEW BRUNSWICK.  
 
TIME SPAN: THIS MORNING.  
 
REMARKS: CONDITIONS MAY REACH WARNING CRITERIA AGAIN TONIGHT OR  
EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES WILL BEGIN TO MODERATE LATER
