A PERIOD OF VERY COLD WIND CHILLS IS EXPECTED.  
 
COLDEST WIND CHILLS: -50 TO -40.  
 
LOCATIONS: LABRADOR CITY - WABUSH TO CHURCHILL VALLEY.  
 
TIME SPAN: THIS MORNING, THEN AGAIN OVERNIGHT TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY  
MORNING.  
 
REMARKS: ANY RELIEF IN THE EXTREME COLD DURING THE AFTERNOON AND  
EVENING HOURS TODAY WILL BE MINIMAL.  
 
EXTREME COLD PUTS EVERYONE AT RISK.  
 
COVER UP. FROSTBITE CAN DEVELOP WITHIN MINUTES ON EXPOSED SKIN,  
ESPECIALLY WITH WIND CHILL.  
 
EXTREME COLD WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN VERY COLD TEMPERATURES OR WIND
