A PROLONGED PERIOD OF VERY COLD WIND CHILLS IS EXPECTED.  
 
COLDEST WIND CHILLS: -35 TO -40.  
 
LOCATIONS: NORTHWESTERN NEW BRUNSWICK.  
 
TIME SPAN: TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.  
 
REMARKS: CONDITIONS WILL REACH NEAR WARNING CRITERIA AGAIN TONIGHT  
OR EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES WILL BEGIN TO MODERATE  
LATER IN THE WEEK.  
 
EXTREME COLD PUTS EVERYONE AT RISK.  
 
COVER UP. FROSTBITE CAN DEVELOP WITHIN MINUTES ON EXPOSED SKIN,  
ESPECIALLY WITH WIND CHILL.  
 
EXTREME COLD WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN VERY COLD TEMPERATURES OR WIND  
CHILL CREATES AN ELEVATED RISK TO HEALTH SUCH AS FROST BITE AND  
HYPOTHERMIA.
