A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM BROUGHT RAIN AND STRONG WINDS TO MUCH OF THE  
ISLAND BEGINNING MONDAY NIGHT. THE RAIN AND STRONG WINDS PERSISTED  
THROUGH REMEMBRANCE DAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF THIS MORNING.
