=NEW= CUMBERLAND COUNTY NORTH AND COBEQUID PASS  
=NEW= COLCHESTER COUNTY NORTH  
=NEW= PICTOU COUNTY.

==DISCUSSION==  
 
AN EARLY SEASON SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED OVER INLAND AREAS TONIGHT.  
SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE ALONG PARTS OF THE NORTHUMBERLAND  
COASTLINE.  
 
LOCATIONS: CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PARTS OF COLCHESTER COUNTY, AND PICTOU  
COUNTY.  
 
TOTAL SNOWFALL: 10 CM, POSSIBLY MORE, OVER HIGHER TERRAIN INCLUDING  
MOUNT THOM AND SPRINGHILL.  
 
TOTAL RAINFALL: 20-40 MM, POSSIBLY HIGHER AMOUNTS LOCALLY NEAR THE  
COAST.  
 
TIMING: TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.  
 
REMARKS: RAINFALL MAY BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES TONIGHT. SNOWFALL  
ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO VARY SIGNIFICANTLY WITH ELEVATION AS  
TEMPERATURES HOLD WITHIN A DEGREE OR SO OF THE FREEZING MARK.  
 
TRAVEL COULD BECOME DIFFICULT ON ROADS CROSSING TERRAIN. IF YOU MUST  
TRAVEL, BE PREPARED FOR MINOR DELAYS AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH  
YOUR DESTINATION. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR WINTER DRIVING  
CONDITIONS.
