==DISCUSSION==  
 
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY ARE EXPECTED TO  
DEVELOP TODAY AND CONTINUE TONIGHT.  
 
WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN THIS MORNING, CAUSING REDUCED VISIBILITY IN  
BLOWING SNOW. VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO NEAR ZERO BY THIS AFTERNOON AS  
WINDS CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN AND COMBINE WITH FALLING SNOW. WIND  
GUSTS UP TO 90 KM/H ARE POSSIBLE.  
 
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN INTO SUNDAY MORNING. CONDITIONS WILL  
IMPROVE AS WINDS WEAKEN AND SNOW TAPERS OFF BUT REDUCED VISIBILITY  
IN BLOWING SNOW MAY CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY.  
 
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.  
VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN HEAVY  
SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
