BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY ARE EXPECTED TO  
DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON.  
 
VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO NEAR ZERO BY THIS AFTERNOON IN FALLING SNOW  
AND BLOWING SNOW. WIND GUSTS UP TO 90 KM/H ARE POSSIBLE.  
 
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE AS WINDS WEAKEN AND SNOW TAPERS ON SUNDAY  
MORNING. REDUCED VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW MAY CONTINUE THROUGH THE  
DAY ON SUNDAY.  
 
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.  
VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN HEAVY  
SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. LIMIT OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.  
 
BLIZZARD WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN WIDESPREAD REDUCED VISIBILITIES OF  
400 METRES OR LESS ARE EXPECTED FOR AT LEAST 6 HOURS.
